The cleaning principle is the same; the equipment set-up, crew size, and planning are not.

There's no standard answer — it depends on the size of the facility, the size and number of systems, complexity, and the scope agreed on. We walk the building, look at the systems, and give you a written estimate with the scope spelled out before any work begins.

More than 30 companies subcontract Bennett to perform furnace, air duct and/or dryer vent cleaning work — among the largest are ServPro, Blue Sky and Lanz. Specialized cleaning is our trade rather than an add-on service: we run self-contained truck-mounted equipment and have decades of experience doing this specific work every day. These are contracted service relationships, not endorsements or partnerships.

We work seven days a week, 7am–7pm, and commercial jobs are commonly scheduled in phases or outside peak hours so operations aren't disrupted. Tell us your constraints when you request the estimate and we'll build the plan around them.

Yes. Depending on the job we clean ductwork, furnaces, registers, exterior surfaces of units, and dryer vents in connection with construction, remodeling, and fire, smoke or water restoration work — sometimes before other trades finish, sometimes after. We are a cleaning specialist; we do not perform mold remediation.
